I’m still shocked while some Pokémon are obscured in someway, Game Freak refuses to reveal or elaborate what exactly are they obscuring, like Mimikyu and Diglett, this one is an exception! That fluff is just an outfit that can be taken off at any time!

Oh, it is supposed to be a synonym for pinup heh
