Yep ! That's why I put him in a more "antagonistic" scenario, because (like MOST Looney Tunes characters) he's kind of a dick, haha
Even his advices (that people like to meme on) are often used to gaslight someone, for his own benefit !

Now I’m genuinely curious about these types of water spiritual beings. Can you get a straw and drink from them, or is there a major caveat to prevent you from doing so? Maybe it’s made of ocean water, I dunno!

I think that as long they are conjured by you it should be ok to drink from them. I immagine them as made of the purest water. But knowing that they are litterally the water itself, I don't know how safe could be drinking from a wild one.
