When it comes to just character creation games, none, I say, NONE can beat Magic Pengel and Graffiti Kingdom for the PS2!

I’ll give Amazing Island a try, but I doubt the game’s tools are as flexible as those other two games.

But yeah, Amazing Island tools are (while primitive) quite charming filled with childhood-like-wonder, and also the game is just "mini-games: the game". Even so, the technology is impressive for it's time! (and you unlock stuff along the way, so it keeps you moving forward)
